This program is an intimate 8-week coaching experience designed for 40+ women who love sparkle and are ready to fall madly in love with themselves.
So if you are tired of listening to the crazy lady in the attic and want to have a better relationship with yourself and your body, then join me and 10 other Sparkle Sisters on this journey of radical Self Love.
All the fun starts on July 6th and goes through August 24th.
We will meet every Monday at 12:00 and surf the waves of joy, sadness, hope and disappointment together.

I had the joy of speaking at the Polkadot Powerhouse Celebration event, in Minneapolis this past October (2025). My presentation was “Lose the Lenses and Step into Your Sparkle”.
