7 Ways to Sparkle on the Inside
Hi there my friend. Supergal Sparkle here to share some of her favorite ways to take better care of your cells on the inside of your body. If you want to feel better then follow some of these suggestions!!
1. Choose healthier oils (olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, sesame oil), and get rid of bad oils (canola, sunflower, saflower) that cause your cells to swell and make it dificutl to pull in the nutrients and hormones needed for healthy cells.
2. Choose nature’s Carbs like fruits, veggies, sweet potatoes, nuts, grains, beans etc., over man-made carbs. like white bread, chips, crackers, desserts,
3. Read labels and choose labels that have less than 5 ingredients in them.
4. Read labels, and if you can’t pronounce something on it, it probably isn’t good for you.
5. Cut down on processed food.
6. Love your body enough to care about what you fuel it with. If you bought a new car and wanted it to last a long time you would use the best gasoline to make sure it ran efficiently and for a long time. Treat your body the same way. Care about what you put in your mouth.
7. Nourish your body with foods that support the health of your cells. Avoid the foods that can damage your cells.
